The following Awards and Grants are announced for the IBSSC-2021.

  1. Best Paper Awards
  2. Travel Grants
  3. Registration Grants

Best Paper Awards (3-awards in each track)

IBSSC recognizes the excellence in research through the following prestigious awards from each Track on the last day of the conference:

  1. IBSSC-2021 Best Paper Awards: All accepted papers will be considered for this award. We will give three awards in each track. Total 12 awards will be announced on the last day of the conference.
  1. IBSSC-2021 Best Poster Award: All accepted papers for poster presentation will be considered for this award.

The TPC will select the above awards by judging the submission based on the following criterion:

  • Novelty
  • Advancement of the theory and application
  • Quality of the presented results
  • Quality of the written manuscript
  • Practicality and industrial relevance of the presented work
  • Quality of the oral/poster presentation

Travel Grants

We offer limited travel grants to the student participants who want to join this conference physically at ABV-IIITM Gwalior. We will reimburse the maximum 3AC train booking amount under this travel Grants. If you travel by 2AC, 1AC, or by flight you will be paid an amount equal to 3AC only. In case you travel by sleeper or second class (general), you will be paid according to that only, not 3AC. Please fill this application form by 25th October 2021. The travel grants will be announced by 28th October 2021. The application form for Travel Grants is given below.

For the application, the following information is required:

  • You should be a student (PhD, graduate, or undergraduate).
  • You should be the author or co-author of an accepted paper in the conference.
  • You need to attach the registration payment slip.
  • Early bird registration is needed to avail this grant.
  • Only one student author per paper will be awarded a grant.
  • The last date of the application for the travel grant is 25th October 2021.
  • The travel grants will be announced by 28th October 2021.

Registration Grants

We offer limited registration grants to the student participants. We will reimburse the registered amount under this registration Grants. If you need the registration grant then Please fill this application form by 25th October 2021. The registration grants will be announced by 28th October 2021. The application form is given below.

For the application, the following information is required:

  • You should be a student (PhD, graduate, or undergraduate).
  • You should be the author or co-author of an accepted paper in the conference.
  • You need to attach the registration payment slip.
  • Early bird registration is needed to avail this grant.
  • Only one student author per paper will be awarded a grant.
  • A Letter from your supervisor or Institute that you are not getting any financial support for the registration is required for the application. Upload this letter in pdf format.
  • The last date of the application for the travel grant is 25th October 2021.
  • The travel grants will be announced by 28th October 2021.
